  • No, absolutely not! :-) You don't need any experience to participate in these sessions. As an experienced breathwork therapist, yoga, and meditation teacher, I will guide you gently through the sessions.

  • But of course! :-) I combine the Breathwork & Mindfulness Sessions with lovingly guided meditations, visualizations, and coaching exercises. This allows you to deepen your own practice.
